Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours. Your tasks and responsibilities: You assist the Contract Office by uploading documentation, including contracts, approvals, and deliverables by using our internal contract management and archiving tools efficiently and consistently for the EMEA region You prepare continuous statistics and overview of projects through Excel and Power BI reports, including PowerPoint presentations You help generating agreements based on provided templates for the countries within the EMEA region and support with the signature process You communicate with internal stakeholders from the local Siemens Healthineers entities in Europe, Middle East and Africa You support in internal/external workshop organization You perform back-office administrative tasks related to Scientific Partners activities in the region To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/products-services Your qualifications and experience: You are studying business informatics, international relationships, economics/administration or a related field You have a good command of standard IT office tools, particularly, for creation of complex reports (MS Office, PowerBI, etc.) Your attributes and skills: You posses a good command of written and spoken English and German You are proactive and willing to learn in a dynamic and intercultural environment You have excellent organizational skills, process orientation, and attention to detail You are open minded and highly collaborative Does that sound like you?
