Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours. This position is part-time with a maximum of 25h/week. Your tasks and responsibilities: You will coordinate the development of our global education services strategy for our MR advanced visualization solution "syngo.via" and work with our country organizations in implementing these strategies You interact with education consultants and develop customer facing training materials and support digital transformation in our internal and external training In your role, you develop and implement a masterplan for hybrid learning concepts that mix onsite and online training elements for product lifecycle education to harmonize processes in this field You will drive our lean processes by living data-driven initiatives to get the most out of our online training innovations In addition, you offer expertise to the product development team for new software applications, and/or improvements to existing applications, products and workflows To find out more about the specific business, have a look at Services and Imaging & Therapy Your qualifications and experience: You have successfully completed your studies (Master's degree) in the field of medicine, or natural/medical or science/engineering You have several years of substantial work experience as an application specialist or Medical Radiology Assistant working in the field of post processing of diagnostic imaging (radiographer, MT-R) You have good knowledge of MRI imaging and MR data post-processing We also welcome applications from candidates with a professional training as medical technical radiology assistant (MTRA)/radiographer or Medical Technical Assistant with additional qualifications and several years of substantial work experience in the relevant field Experience in project and product management is an advantage Your attributes and skills: You speak fluent English as you will be working with our international teams and clients. Other language skills are an advantage You have a passion for teaching and sharing knowledge.
