You accompany us in the changing challenges of a new company like Siemens Mobility GmbH with clever concepts and a lot of creativity. We are looking for a committed and talented personality who enjoys and is interested in taking up new topics and actively helping to shape them. Of course, you can also contribute your skills as a "thread-in-the-hand-holder" and designer. As a working student you will be part of our global Mobility Compliance Team. You will prepare presentations, evaluations and reporting that will be presented to the management globally and at the respective management level. You will support us in creating and implementing global project communication and training topics for Siemens Mobility Compliance. In doing so, you will also gain insights into a wide variety of tasks in the different subject areas of compliance training, project communication and global reporting. In particular, you will support the evaluation of the current training status of our employees on compliance topics and track it via our various dashboards. You will get an insight into the daily business of Compliance and Siemens Mobility. You can expect a diverse team with a global focus: we value your opinion and appreciate your contribution. What do you bring along? You are an enrolled student and want to support us for 20h/week. You are enthusiastic about modern communication technologies, familiar with Microsoft Office Apps and interested in training and communication topics. In addition, you are digital-affine, enjoy familiarizing yourself with tools and actively supporting evaluations. You are creative and bring in your own ideas. You are confident in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams...). You speak fluent English, German language skills are an advantage. What do we offer you?
