In the Online Service team we offer worldwide customer support for Springer Nature online products (eBook packages, journals, platforms). The Online Service team is part of the wider Customer Service department in Operations. Tasks: Handle queries relating to online access to Springer Nature content for institutional and corporate customers Dealing with customer inquiries and solving access problems Working with the first level team at Straive, handling queries escalated by them and quality checking their work Use of the Freshdesk ticketing tool to respond to queries Participation in customer service project tasks as required Attending department and other meetings to keep up to date with system and process changes Requirements: Completed commercial training and several years of professional experience in customer service, preferably in the book trade or publishing world Advanced knowledge of German (min.
