The Job
The Team: In this role you will be reporting to the VP HR, EMEA based in Munich. You will collaborate closely with our HR Business Partner(s) and be part of the EMEA P&C Team consisting of regional and global HRBPs and HR Generalists helping Celonis to successfully grow. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with your colleagues across the global People & Culture Team. The Role: You will work on a wide range of international HR management topics. You will design, optimize and implement diverse HR processes and projects. Your daily tasks include the entire range of operational and project HR work in an international context. The work you'll do: Supports the HRBP in the execution of the business P&C strategy with first level managers and solve country HR topics. Grow into partnering with 1st line leaders and working on people programs, performance issues and give administrative support in various HR topics. You will look after the employees on personnel-related and legal issues from onboarding to departure, including internal mobility You create documents such as contract changes and job references as well as reports and analyses You will support in enabling new and existing benefits You support in ensuring labor risk prevention You will own defined processes and act as SME for the team. This includes refining the process to make it better and increase automation.
