The Team: The Talent Acquisition - Early Professional Recruiting Team is part of the People and Culture Organisation and supports Celonis' strong international growth by being responsible for innovative recruitment initiatives to attract and hire the Futurenauts of Celonis. The Team is responsible for hiring Interns, Working Students, and Graduates as well as for the global campus strategy, university collaborations and career fairs. We're not just recruiters, we're candidate experience experts! The Role: As an Intern, you will partner with different Managers and business unit stakeholders on strategic recruiting and employer branding initiatives. Your responsibilities include full lifecycle hiring, setting up innovative sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, fostering a high-touch relationship with candidates, extending offers, and setting up the onboarding teams for success. You will have a unique opportunity to develop your recruiting skills and set you up for your career path in this field.
