We are looking for a PMO in the Group Chief Transformation Officer. He or she will deal in particular with the roll-out phase of a strategic initiative (Communities of Practice) and other relevant topics for the development of the new strategic plan. Support the Head of function activities with a focus (not exclusive) on the Communities of Practice and other projects in terms of PMO activities and power-point presentations Foster the use of the technological platform among the members of Communities (0365/teams) Monitoring the development of Communities and KPI reporting Support transformation projects and all current activities as needed The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Must have University degree in Engineering/business administration/economics or similar Fluent English (written and spoken) and Italian Digital native Advanced use of MS Office (powerpoint,excel,word) Ability to work in an international and inclusive environment Strong organizational skills Strong team player Nice to have Change management experience Facilitation/training skills Strong presentation and communication skills Experience with international working environment Influencing skills across different cultures Relationship management skills Structured Solution oriented Additional Information Contract Type: Internship
