Your Tasks: Take ownership and manage the entire recruitment process for your positions. You will be responsible for selecting candidates, coordinating appointments, conducting initial interviews, and working with hiring managers You are involved in various cross-departmental projects and in constant exchange with international stakeholders, and you are happy to contribute your own ideas in the process You support the entire team in relevant strategic and administrative recruiting processes What you need to succeed We are looking for an intern who possesses strong interpersonal abilities by demonstrating empathy and effective communication.
