Join us and define tomorrow. As a Business Development Support Working Student, you will be supporting and holistically managing Selling Partners to accelerate growth. Partner with Account Managers and other Amazonians during their daily activities, such as identifying target accounts using market data and industry intelligence, pitching growth programs to Selling Partners, supporting meetings and presentations in front of the management board, and creating compelling presentations to delight our customers. During your time with us, you will develop the analytical and problem-solving skills that our people are known for. Run dedicated workstreams independently and work on various projects relevant to our customers. Key job responsibilities • Using our lead lists, contact new to Amazon and existing high potential customers, to introduce them the value of our programs and solutions. • Explore new market and growth segment opportunities among the existing portfolio. • Prepare and conduct business reviews on progress, opportunities, and roadblocks to increase growth for existing customers. • Identify opportunities to improve our products, services, processes, systems, and tools. • Work with different parts of the Amazon business to implement improvement projects, including working with marketing, in-stock management, product management teams, and operations. • Run specific projects adjusted for the Working Student role duration and your qualifications. Drive a workstream in various business areas relevant for our customers such as Marketing, Communications, Events, Sales Initiatives, Supply Chain, or Business Intelligence (e.g. building reportings, dashboards, tools). About the team You could perform this role in one of these teams based in Munich. At Amazon Fresh we serve our Prime customers in the metropolitan areas of Munich, Berlin and Hamburg with a broad range of grocery selection at an ultra-fast delivery experience. Visit our EMEA Student Programs Team Events page to register for one of our upcoming events: https://amazonstudentevents.splashthat.com/careers BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Currently enrolled as a student receiving a Bachelor's or Master's Degree for the complete duration of the employment as a Working Student • Fluent written and verbal communication in German (Level - C1 or higher) and English (Level - C1 or higher) • Graduation date is no earlier than in January 2024 or after the end of Working Student contract (whichever is later) • Available as working student starting this year and for the length of 6 to 12 months. • Availability to work between 10-20 h/week PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Studies within Engineering, Commerce, Business administration or similar field • Excellent communications and presentation skills, as well as strong direct sales skills and a proven track record of performance working with clients • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team • Results-driven focus with analytical capability, along with high affinity towards data and technology • Ability to dive deep, analyze, innovate and simplify current processes and practices Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
