We are currently looking for a "Business Analyst" to reinforce our team working on projects. Your Mission: As Business Analyst you understand fast the objectives and the scope of the project, what the client has today and where he heads for. You gather the user requirements through different techniques (documentation, meetings, trainings, etc.) and you define the scope and requirements in a functional documentation. Considering all the quality constraints, you take an active role in the creation of the adequate solution for the client. You support the experts in the definition of the technical constraints and in the design of the solution. You are an actor of the project progress, constantly in relation with the client and the project delivery team. You report to the project manager, or you can act as the project manager on smaller projects. Your Profile: Good English language skills, especially in writing High-level communication skills Knows the Business Requirement Process and can explain it in detail: Business Goals / Vision Stakeholder information Business Events / Business Rules Definition of the Business Context (Blackbox view) Business Use Cases Business Data Model / Data Mapping Product Use Cases Functional and Non-Functional Requirements Can give examples of functional and non-functional requirements Knows how to define a Business Requirement Document Template. Team-leader or Management skills and experience with that Can explain several methods to gather requirements and has experience with that Has used at least one tool for documenting requirements and ensures the traceability Knows at least 4 Quality criteria's for Business requirements Experience with UML, especially with UseCase- and Activity-Diagrams Your knowledge/experience: You have strong analytical and synthetical skills You have a good knowledge in UML and BPMN You have an effective experience working in a JAVA environment We Offer : We offer the opportunity to work in a fast growing and dynamic team on challenging national and international projects in different industries.
