Here, students, researchers, entrepreneurs, and ZEISS employees meet at eye level and practice an open-innovation culture Work with our industrial and academic partners in developing new solutions for materials recycle processing Explore new technologies in scientific and industrial environment, and evaluate their feasibility for further development Develop computer vision and classification algorithms in the field of recycle materials Develop image analysis and ML algorithm models for image and data analysis Research existing solutions in the scientific literature Implement and test algorithms for specific task of a recycle materials sorting Your Profil You are enrolled in a Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Mechatronics or comparable Programming knowledge in Python and/or Matlab Knowledge in the field of computer vision, deep learning, image processing Understanding of mechanical and optical systems Excellent problem-solving, communication (English and/or German) and innovation skills, including technical writing and presentations Passion for innovation and enthusiasm for new technologies as well as motivation to work in interdisciplinary teams Be open to participating in projects outside your current expertise in a supporting/learning role Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Franziska Gansloser, Selina Safradin
