Frankfurt am Main Your career at Deutsche Börse Group Your area of work: As a working student (f/m/d) you will support the Policies & Contract Support team within the Section Process Excellence. The team is mainly responsible to manage and coordinate the group wide policy and contract management process. Additionally, the unit Policies & Contract support administrates and maintains the organizational manuals of regulated entities. Your responsibilities: You will be involved and gain interesting insights in the policy and contract management process of Deutsche Börse Group. You will assist to successfully roll out a new tool-based policy process including preparation of user guide and trainings. You will execute administrative and organizational tasks such as organizing meetings and workshops, preparing meeting minutes and manage team mailboxes and calendar. You will support the quality assurance of organizational handbooks and the user support for related tools. Furthermore, you will be able to get involved in challenging and interesting initiatives and projects of the Section Process Excellence. Your profile: You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least two semesters (focus in the finance sector is of advantage). You are interested in financial services, well-structured thinking and good in analytical skills. You have the ability to work independently with attention to details and as part of a team in an international environment. You are focused on delivery and getting things done, with good organizational talent and communication skills. You have very good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). You are proficient in written and spoken English, ideally also in German. Startdate: 01/06/2023
