What you'll do: You will monitor and measure the website performance, providing reporting and relevant insights to country teams and product teams. You will communicate user insights and provide recommendations to achieve business goals and enhance user experience. You will plan and manage A/B tests and personalization campaigns from ideation to execution. You will define success criteria and measurement plans for optimization efforts and perform in-depth analysis to improve user experience. You will collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, align priorities and share key learnings to further improve the user journey. You will work with the rest of the UX team to design and implement optimization changes on the website. Who we're looking for: You are keen in understanding optimization principles and research methods (both qualitative and quantitative). You have hands-on experience using web analytics tools (ex. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) You have hands-on experience with optimization and testing tools (ex. VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc.) You have experience with research tools is preferred (ex. Hotjar, ContentSquare, FullStory, UserTesting, etc.) You have strong analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into hypotheses and action plans. You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and are able to communicate technical details as well as strategic concepts effectively to various stakeholders. You have the ability to work effectively with different people in engineering, marketing, and creative fields and to prioritize multiple requirements.
