What you'll do: As a Project Manager, you drive the product development of sleep products (mattresses, beds, and textile accessories) from the ideation process to the approval of the final specifications. You will develop the products to push the boundaries of what is possible for superior sleep. You coordinate the product development in close collaboration with the internal stakeholders and suppliers all over the world. You define the product specifications (incl. target costing) and co-innovate together with partners from all around the world the products of the future through different iterations. You monitor and report on all aspects of the projects including progress, project profitability, and risks. You coach, mentor and supervise younger team members on different projects. You apply a customer centric and agile approach in your projects. You make sure to meet the deadline while keeping the costs on track. Who we're looking for: We look for candidates that have high motivation and enthusiasm for our projects, reliability, proactivity, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset to work well in a cross-function team environment. You have studied Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management and have gathered first experience as a Product Manager/Project Manager Passion about driving the future of sleep. Proven ability to work cross-team and to manage multiple stakeholders needs and expectations. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. First experience in product cost engineering will be a plus An international background that allows you to look at opportunities from multiple perspectives. You feel comfortable being one of the multiple decision makers to create a successful product. You are fluent in English; German or Spanish will be a plus.
