Luxembourg Your career at Deutsche Börse Group Your area of work: In the role of a human resource (HR) recruiter, you will join our local team in Luxembourg, supporting recruiters related activities, guaranteeing, and ensuring high quality services together with further HR colleagues and teams abroad. Your responsibilities: Assist the management of the entire recruitment and on-boarding process for interns such as publishing job advertisements, organizing interviews with candidates. Support and assist recruiters with staff hiring Help to organize events and trainings for current interns Assist the improvement of the current processes and maintain the procedures up to date Support recruiters in the organisation of job fair Provide consistent daily support in various HR related topics & projects Respect confidentiality, show discretion and professionalism Your profile: You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program with a recognized institution and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months Motivated, dynamic, can do attitude and highly adaptable Ability to work effectively in a team as well as autonomously Excellent organization skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in written and spoken English. French and/or German would be an asset Start date: 1st June 2023 Duration: 6 months full-time We look forward to receiving your CV and Cover Letter in English!
