As a Project Manager at Emma Sleep, you will be part of the Retail & Wholesale marketing team that is responsible for taking Emma Sleep to the next-level by building & executing an omni-channel strategy for one of Europe's largest & fastest growing direct-to-consumer sleep brands. You will transform our brand strategy into tangible things that consumers can actually see, hear, and feel. This is what you'll bring to us: You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field You gained first experience in marketing, product/brand or innovation management in the B2C / consumer sector, preferably FMCG You are Solution-oriented, have a Can Do mentality as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting You are a team player with strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners You have a detail oriented and structured way of working to not loose track of the ongoing projects You obtained good negotiation skills from past experiences with external partners You are fluent in English This is what you'll do: You will identify, evaluate, negotiate, and select agencies, freelancers, and other vendors to design and fabricate point of sale materials (POSM) in high-quality yet cost-conscious way You will possess a keen eye for design and combine it with a practical knowledge of materials and the production process in order to ensure the timely & cost-effective execution of retail campaigns You will work closely with the sales team and trade marketing managers to develop and execute effective in-store activations and events that drive sales and build brand preference This is what you'll bring to us: You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field You gained first experience in marketing, product/brand or innovation management in the B2C / consumer sector, preferably FMCG You are Solution-oriented, have a Can Do mentality as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting You are a team player with strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners You have a detail oriented and structured way of working to not loose track of the ongoing projects You obtained good negotiation skills from past experiences with external partners You are fluent in English Become an Emmie Emma is transforming the world of sleep - and we want the highest-performing people to help us pull it off.
