Job Description As a participant in our PreMaster program, you will support our project team in the area of high-pressure gasoline injection and in the growing market of hydrogen engines. Together with the supplier, you will take over the planning of quality assurance and the series release. You will also ensure the product start-up. Certainly, you will be actively involved in international product development teams (North and South America as well as Asia). You will secure the production at 3 international production sites. Furthermore, you act as an interface between suppliers and commercial purchasing, development and production. Actively get involved in the future technology with your impulses. #LI-DNI Qualifications Education: above-average university degree (Bachelor's degree) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or comparable and concrete intention to take up a Master's degree, technical training advantageous Experience and Knowledge: proficient in MS Office, good understanding of complex technical interrelationships; knowledge of project management, statistics, manufacturing processes and quality assurance desirable Personality and Working Practice: strong in communication and assertiveness, goal oriented as well as conscientious and a Team-Player Enthusiasm: for manufacturing processes, high technical affinity, and willingness to travel Languages: very good English, good German is a plus Additional Information The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed Bachelor graduates who have the goal of completing a Master's degree. After the bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months (gap year) of practical experience to get to know the technical and entrepreneurial contexts. The second phase covers the Master's degree and includes further events and seminars as well as support through personal mentoring on the way to a successful degree.
