Blackstone’s Private Wealth Solutions (PWS) Campus program is a unique experience among financial firms, enabling Summer Analyst to gain exposure to all aspects of the asset management business. The summer analyst role is focused on supporting several areas of PWS in capacities ranging from marketing and sales to product strategy and business development. The role will be working closely with PWS members globally and will have interface with various internal stakeholders including investment teams, legal/compliance department and other groups within the firm. In addition to gaining substantial product knowledge and supporting the growth of PWS in the region, the role will also develop familiarity across other important aspects including marketing, strategic planning, legal documentations, product operations and more. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to: Contribute to make Japanese retail investors access to best-in-class alternative solutions Get involved in supporting a full cycle of fundraising efforts which include production of product related marketing collaterals, quality control of translation of product/macro related deliverables, new product development, client service for major Japanese financial institutions Obtaining competitive landscapes across strategy types and product structures Collaborating across teams to gain an in-depth understanding of PWS business and wide range of alternative strategies Qualifications: Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. Our PWS Japan business is newly created business unit in Japan therefore entrepreneurship is preferred.
