Now, a question for you: are you ready to have an impact on the next generation? Job Description What will be your mission? We are recruiting several front-end developers to join our Tech department. You will be part of an organization based on multidisciplinary squads (PM, Frontend, Backend, Designer and Engineering Manager) organized in tribes and whose objectives are defined following an OKR methodology. The goal is to provide a maximum of autonomy in the choice of the appropriate solutions. You will also join the front-end chapter, which is responsible for the entire front-end vision of JobTeaser, and is spread over several squads. This chapter allows each frontend to come up with new things (libraries, processes, guidelines ...) and to make our stack progress. The technical stack in place today is composed of: NextJS Typescript ES20xx with Babel React with hooks, React router, Prop-types Redux, Redux-sagas, React-query Node, Webpack PostCSS React Testing Library, ESLint, StyleLint The ecosystem of the platform also relies on technologies such as: Ruby, Go and Elixir on the backend, AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Terraform, CircleCI for the Infra part, Python, Kafka for Data Science You will have the exciting opportunity to join our innovative B2B tribe that is dedicated to designing and delivering cutting-edge solutions for our JobTeaser B2B clients. As a Frontend Developer in our Employer Branding squad, you will play a pivotal role in revamping company pages for our B2B clients with our new technical stack using TypeScript and Next.js. You will contribute to our overall employer branding efforts, helping our clients improve their online presence and present themselves in the best possible light to attract top talent. Qualifications Who are you? We are interested in your technical skills as well as your human qualities: You have been working in the web industry for at least 3 years and you have been playing with frameworks and big JS libraries (Angular, React, Vue, jQuery, ...) for at least 1 year. You know your stuff: You are comfortable in HTML and CSS and you know how to talk about semantics, CSS methodology (BEM, SMACSS, ...) and responsiveness. You know modern javascript (ES6+) and its new features are of daily use to you, but you haven't forgotten the good old concepts of JavaScript (prototype, hoisting, this ...). You know and love teamwork, you are familiar with Git, understand the interest of continuous integration and don't give up when it comes to writing tests. If you can also find yourself in these traits, it's a bonus for you and for us: You've already worked a lot with React and Redux and are able to explain their workings to your grandmother. Older frontend technologies don't scare you (and yes we also have legacy). You want to participate in the development of the team (pairing, mentoring, sharing ...) and to share your technical knowledge. You know how to organize your daily life and you appreciate evolving within agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, ...) or iterative development processes.
