This is what you'll do: You will support our team in invoicing with a focus on processing incoming invoices. You will actively participate in digital incoming invoice verification and ensure timely payment. You will get the opportunity to expand your understanding of European VAT and international accounting. You will independently manage digital receipts in the Microsoft products with Dynamics 365 and OneDrive. You will actively support the further development of our new ERP system MS Dynamics 365. You will manage physical document storage and gain valuable insight into company operations. You will support us in the transition from German HGB accounting to IFRS compliant accounting. You will be responsible for process optimization in accounting - thus you will contribute significantly to the success of Emma. This is what you'll bring to us: You are studying a business degree or have a strong interest in business as a student of another subject area. You have an infectious can-do attitude and always keep a cool head. You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. You have a high level of understanding for business contexts. You have good communication skills and a good command of English (German is a plus). You have a strong sense of responsibility and enjoy working in a team. Ideally you're available for 4-6 months.
