Your Tasks Our team plays a key role in the design and implementation of transformation and enterprise-wide talent management. Here, the "Organization Development Team" works on global issues related to organizational design, organizational development and change management and the "Talent Management Team" takes care of issues such as building talent pipelines, talent assessment, succession planning and performance management. Your main tasks Research, analysis and concept creation and implementation in the area of global talent management, e.g. on the topics of succession planning and talent assessment Work on transformation projects with a focus on organizational design and change management Conception and implementation of trainings Management of the internal digital platform Sharepoint Your Profile Advanced degree in business, psychology, communication studies, or similar.
