What you will do: You will need to be closely align with the business development team, marketing team, operation team, product development, customer insights and the e-reputation team, in order to understand where you will have the most impact and identify the best opportunities. You will have different projects to manage based on their impact and your skills. (Analytics - Quality process - Product Improvement - Automation - Communication - Operation & Call Center process.) You will conduct project to leverage our revenues, quality and costs. You will identify the operational weaknesses and elaborate optimization proposals. You will monitor KPIs, improve and challenge them. You will need to challenge all our partners and colleagues. You will be empowered by data to drives results. You will stay focus on the end customer (Clients - B2B Partners - Retailers) Your creativity and ambition won't be limited. Who we are looking for: You are graduated or soon will be of a Bachelor or Master, in the Management, Project Management. Or you are motivated and willing to learn. You ideally already have an experience in management, consulting, even start up. You know how to drive a project from A to Z on your own and identifying the right stakeholders. You are at ease with data, excel and the office tools. Tableau is a plus. You are motivated and not afraid to get things done You can communicate in both English and French You are good at identifying problem and even better at solving them. You want to be challenged and to challenge others and give your opinion. You are open-minded and curious. Ideally, you can spot any sort of opportunities and turn them into companywide projects.
