Then Emma is the right place for you. What you'll do : You will be in charge of the customer experience and user interface of the Emma France e-commerce website. Your goal will be to improve the UX and UI for our customers in order to increase Emma France's revenues. You will analyze the behavior of our customers on our site You will analyze the issues, expectations and needs of our customers (via analytics tools) You will set up workshops with Emma customers in order to find solutions to certain UX/UI issues You will perform iterative user tests (A/B testing, eyetracking, focus group) You will conceptualize UX/UI improvements and work with different teams to implement them (business development team, software development team) You are in the right place if: You have experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing. An understanding of web design/development concepts and processes (HTML, CSS, Java). Experience in website information architecture and page layout planning. Experience with creating and managing production schedules, wireframes, and requirements documentation. Familiarity with basic image optimization. You have strong interpersonal and teaming skills, empathy, and willingness to work in interdisciplinary teams.
