What you'll do : Develop and execute the CRM strategy for Emma in your assigned markets, ensuring that it is aligned with our overall business objectives. Manage and optimize customer communication channels, including email, push notifications, and SMS, to increase customer engagement and revenue. Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and technology, to implement new CRM initiatives and campaigns. Continuously monitor and optimize the effectiveness of our CRM campaigns and initiatives through data analysis and testing. Be the responsible for testing new market channels in your assigned markets, contributiing with out-of-the-box ideas and implementing them Collect and analyze customer data to identify key insights and opportunities to improve customer engagement and revenue growth. Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies that enable personalized messaging and experiences for different customer groups. Who we're looking for: You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. You have2 years of experience in CRM or related roles. You posses strong analytical skills with experience using customer data to drive insights and decision-making. Your communication skills are excellent and you have the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. You posses a strong sense of ownership, independence, and initiative.
