Job Description You take over for the cross functional semiconductor technology engineering with external and internal IC development and wafer manufacturing departments. The responsibility for and the coordination of technology release procedure with internal and external departments incl. the lead of the release team is part of your tasks. The responsibility for process reliability evaluations for production releases, test definitions and result interpretation within the release team is yours. You evaluate semiconductor technologies at external and internal manufacturing sites. The definition and realization of test devices for the evaluation of semiconductor technology and device performance is part of your job. You take over the responsibility for definition and selection of new semiconductor technologies. In addition you are leading teams for process deviation analysis, coordination of tasks and controlling of results. You also develop solutions to problems by interacting with cross-functional, cross-site and cross-company environment. Qualifications Education: completed university studies (master's degree/diploma/PhD) in electrical engineering, physics or a comparable subject Personality and Working Practice: you are outgoing and communicate openly and clearly; your working style is characterized by commitment and conscientiousness; you have the ability to efficiently identify and analyze semiconductor technology-related challenges and to develop application-specific solutions; you are flexible and able to independently explore new topics Experience and Knowledge: thorough understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and device physics, product testing, performance and reliability; you have relevant experience in the methodology of problem solving or comparable methods as well as in the cooperation or leadership of international cross-functional teams Enthusiasm: you have an interest in technological innovations Languages: good communication skills in written and spoken English and German Additional Information You want to work remotely or part-time - we offer great opportunities for mobile working as well as different part-time models or job-sharing.
