Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (f/m) to join our Delivery Services department within Secure Land Communication (SLC) based in Elancourt, France. The Technical Support Engineer is a member of the support team, responsible for the support of Tactilon® AGNET solution and its ecosystem of applications, in accordance with ITIL processes. Tactilon® AGNET Solution is the SLC Critical Collaborative Platform for Mission and Business Critical users in mobility that keeps the workforces in constant and real time contact with each other. Two models are adopted to address Mission and Business Critical market segments , respectively "On Premises" (solution hosted in customer environment) and "SaaS" (Cloud based hosting). This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities. To discover more about our activities, visit our site : https://www.securelandcommunications.com/agnet Your challenges: Setting up and maintaining Service Desk capabilities Answering Service Desk Customer Queries Delivering Level 2 Support (SaaS Cloud platforms) Delivering level 3 Support Managing Level 3 escalation to external providers Administrating SaaS Cloud platforms Implementing new services and continuously improving existing ones Field-testing new tools in the frame of support and administration Acting as a referent on some particular technical domains. This role will involve some travels for business worldwide and as such you must be able to travel accordingly. On a mid-term scale, the Agnet support team is expected to operate in a 24/7 mode and as such you must be able to work on-duty. Your profile: Engineer, master degree or equivalent Beginner / 2 years of experience Experience in IT, Virtualization, Cloud computing, Linux Broadband communications (3GPP MCX) Knowledge of ITIL processes (a certification might be a plus) Strong customer oriented mind-set Ability to work in a demanding environment (meet customer's SLA) Language Skills: French (fluent) and English (advanced level).
