You are responsible for the specification, design, characterization, verification and documentation. You support the coordination of layout, testing, qualification and mass production ramp up. You experience cooperation in concept and design teams. You evaluate and analyze architectures with local, national and international dispersed teams. Qualifications Education: completed university degree (Master/Diploma) in electrical engineering or equivalent, with outstanding results Personality: team-player Working Practice: goal-oriented Experience and Knowledge: profound experience in analog ASIC design for automotive applications - circuits like LDOs, Physical Interfaces, Buck/Boost-Converters, Oscillators/PLLs and Gate Driver Stages; practical experience with design tools like CADENCE Virtuoso and/or AMS-Design and good knowledge of measurement-based lab evaluation; Debugging skills; Modelling experience in Verilog-A, VHDL, Matlab or similar; Application Know-How, esp. in automated and electrified driving systems Languages: English and/or advanced German language skills Additional Information Apply now in just 3 minutes!
