We are the Business Analytics team, central to all analytical efforts regarding the sales, delivery and service function at Tesla EMEA. We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Science intern. You will be supporting our team in day-to-day business by analyzing and interpreting data, developing machine learning models, and support data-driven decision making across the organization. You will also have the opportunity to develop stakeholder management skills by collaborating with cross-functional teams solving their business challenges using data-driven models. What You’ll Do Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and develop insights that inform business decisions Assist in the development and maintenance of data visualizations and dashboards, providing stakeholders with clear and concise reports Assis in designing, the development and the deployment of data-driven solutions using machine-learning or statistical techniques Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges using data-driven approaches / models Support other team projects and ad hoc requests What You’ll Bring Pursuing an education in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field Good knowledge with programming languages such as Python or R Experience with SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau Good problem-solving skills to help refine problem statements and figure out how to solve them with the available data Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members English level C1 (spoken and written) Eagerness to learn, and adaptiveness to a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
