It is also beneficial if you understand the basics of telecommunication networks. The knowledge of some of the key technologies would be beneficial: 5G/6G, green computing, communications networks, network protocols, and the applications of AI or machine learning in cyber security. If you have experience in AI/machine learning and would like to explore its use in security, you are welcome to join our team for your M.Sc. thesis work. We have several topics that you might be interested in working on, such as; Developing security techniques for future mobile networks, 6G Resource-efficient (wireless, fixed) network security technologies Resource-efficient cyber security technologies such as intrusion detection/prevention, packet inspection, and other monitoring technologies. Research on authentication schemes for beyond 5G, based on 3GPP standards, Green blockchain and distributed ledger technologies for 6G As a thesis worker, you will: Research on developing and evaluating green security technologies for 6G. Identify and solve key research issues within your domain of expertise and research interest.
