The Role Join Personio, a fast-growing company in Madrid , as a Regional Marketing Intern (d/f/m) ! What you need to succeed You are an enthusiastic and creative person and want to be part of driving our journey to raise awareness of Personio to the businesses community. Hard Skills: You have completed your university degree and ideally have already gained some practical experience through internships in demanding environments, like brand marketing, content creation, digital marketing or in big tech, or startups in general. You have experience in working with digital tools such as Hubspot, Slack or Tableau. Native Spanish speaker and strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a must. Good copywriter / interest and enthusiasm for creative writing. Soft Skills: You demonstrate intense curiosity and interest in topics related to brand marketing, digital marketing, campaign planning while working in a multinational team. You are very structured about how to prioritise work and time You bring a high level of proactivity as well as a get-stuff-done mentality Comfortable building up relationships with new people - this could be agencies, external speakers or sales teams. This is a sociable role, working as part of a multinational team. Good at communication is a must. Your Learnings You'll be responsible for sustainable pipeline growth by building and activating a go to market plan, events planning and management, digital advertising, campaign planning and creation, stakeholder management and KPI reporting. You'l be part of huge events campaigns from creation to execution. You'll support company & stakeholder communications as well as working closely with them on campaigns, messaging and content. Our events are held all over Spain, so you will be required to travel. You'll be able to work together with our excellent in-house team and media agency that manages digital marketing & performance marketing tasks, giving you the opportunity to work with them on campaign activation and promote our brand message .
