Job Description Are you looking to pursue a career in communications and social media? Would you love to work in an international and dynamic environment? Are you a native English speaker? Eurofins is a decentralised organisation and the candidate will work at Group (GSC) level with the GSC Communications team, supporting local marketing and communications teams around the world with their marketing and communications initiatives and activity, and supporting strategic GSC Communications projects. Join our Communications team in Dublin to drive communications and social media initiatives and support local marketing and communications teams in Eurofins laboratories around the world with their activities and strategic projects. You will: Serve as point of contact and channel questions addressed to GSC Communications and support the GSC Communications team on their day-to-day tasks. Support GSC Communications to provide English language and messaging review services to our colleagues around the world. Take an active role in GSC Communications projects and support ad-hoc project needs in conjunction with other GSC teams Support the GSC Social Media Specialist to carry out strategic social media projects. Support in the maintenance and management of GSC social media channels, including social media monitoring, community management and social media related queries from in-market teams. Support GSC Communications on Internal Communications initiatives. Support in the management and update of Eurofins communications assets, and the development of new communications collateral (copyediting, reviewing and managing process of implementation and updates). Work with GSC Marketing to manage a central image library. Starting Date: June / July / August / September 2023. Duration: 6 months or 3 months. Internship agreement from your university permitting the internship is required. Qualifications Education: Bachelor Modern languages, English, Marketing or Communications (Other academic backgrounds can be considered) Languages: Native or Bilingual English speaker IT/Technical knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of Adobe CS (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva and Adobe Acrobat Professional is a plus. Profile: Meticulous, attentive to detail and a structured approach to tasks. Good organisational and interpersonal skills, and able to build relationships with a variety of colleagues in different geographies and teams.
