We are now seeking someone who has an interest in compliance, implementation, and procedures! As our Student Assistant, you will become our expert in compliance and directly support the CCO/CEO (Chief Compliance Officer/ Chief Executive Officer) in all phases of the compliance cycle. You will help to make sure that all procedures related to ensuring the company’s compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations are being enforced. This will involve the following task: - Defining and updating procedures required to ensure and document the company’s compliance e.g. designing models for decision making. - Ensuring implementation, distribution, documentation, and follow-up of procedures. - Train Pelican team members on key compliance policies. - Quarterly and annual monitoring and documentation plus preparation of biannual internal audit reviews. Your role will entail close cooperation with other departments, notably IT, HR and Finance. Salary: 165 pr. hour Working Hours: By agreement, preferably full-time or 25-30 hours per week. You will work from their office in beautiful surroundings in Virum, close to the station.
